He tested for the best reception before fitting the ariel and did a great job securing the cable and drilling a hole in the wall so the cable could come into the flat. Which areas do you cover?

We cover every major town in Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. That includes Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford, Southend, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, King's Lynn and the villages in between. Each town has its own pages with local reception details, and the engineer who visits you works locally.

Can you repair my aerial rather than replace it?

Usually, yes. Many picture problems come from a corroded connector, water in the cable or a failed amplifier rather than the aerial itself. We test first with a signal meter and only recommend a new aerial when the old one can't give a reliable picture.

How do you price a job?

Do you install alarms and access control as well as CCTV?
